Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
FADEAWAY is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
FADEAWAY is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist by providing any available shipping information.

At this time, FADEAWAY ships exclusively to addresses within Puerto Rico and the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
